A Love Martini Mocktail is a delicious and romantic beverage that nixes the alcohol and the guilt!
- Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Cranberry Juice (I used Ocean Spray 100% Cranberry Juice No sugar Added)
- 2 tsp. Imitation Rum Extract (I used Happy Home Flavoring Imitation Rum Flavor Non Alcoholic)
- ¾ cup Peach Hint Sparkling Water *
- 2 strawberries (slice one lengthwise and use 2 of the middle “heart shaped” to float in a martini glass and partially slice the other at the bottom to use as a garnish on the side of the glass.
- Instructions:
- Fill a martini shaker with ice.
- Gently pour in all ingredients into the shaker and gently shake the shaker several times to mix.
- Strain into martini glass and place the 2 sliced heart shaped strawberries to float in the glass and use the other as a garnish on the rim of the glass.
